Argentina Best Selling Cars Ranking in 2024 was led by the Peugeot 208, while last year’s leader, the Fiat Cronos, dropped to 3rd. Volkswagen secured its share with 3 models in the Top 10.
The Argentinian new car market best selling vehicles ranking up to December 2024 saw the Peugeot 208 -up 1 spot- gain leadership with full-year sales at 29,289 (-18.8%) and a share of 7.6%.
In second place the Toyota Hilux -up 1 spot- with 28,774 sales and a 7.5% market share, down 5.8% from the correspondent period last year
The third position was taken by the Fiat Cronos -down 2 spots- with 27,682 units sold (-41.1%).
The Ford Ranger -up 1 spot- ranked 4th with 22,690 (-5.5%) ahead of the Toyota Yaris -up 8 spots- with 20,717 (+86.7%) and the Volkswagen Amarok -down 2 spots- with 18,186 (-38.2%).
The Volkswagen Polo -up 7 spots- ranked 7th, with 15,737 sales (+114.9%) followed by the Toyota Corolla Cross -up 4 spots- with 15,343 (+35.8%), the Volkswagen Taos -up 2 spots- with 13,075 (+14.9%) and in 10th place the Chevrolet Tracker with 10,882 (-11.6%).
