The Brazilian auto market performed well this year, with YTD sales up to November 2024 experiencing a 15.1% increase compared to 2023.
Considering cumulative data up to November 2024, the market leader was still the Fiat Strada with 128,458 sales (+16.7%), followed by the Volkswagen Polo with 126,717 units sold (+35.9%).
The Chevrolet Onix ranked in 3rd with 87,778 sales (-3.8%), followed by the Hyundai HB20 at 87,143 (+9.9%), the Fiat Argo -up 3 spots- at 84,089 (+36.7%) and the Volkswagen T-Cross -up 1 spot- with 74,010 units sold (+14.5%).
The Hyundai Creta -up 3 spots- ranked in 7th with 62,781 sales (-9.7%), followed by the Fiat Mobi -down 2 spots- at 61,839 (-6.4%) and the Chevrolet Tracker with 61,004 units sold (+1.9%).
Closing the Top 10 the Nissan Kicks -up 5 spots- with 56,070 sales and a 22% gain in year-on-year sales.
