Portugal Best Selling Cars Ranking in 2026. The Renault Clio slipped out of the podium and plummeted into 10th. While the Tesla Model 3 dropped 15%, the Model Y surged 20 spots back into the Top 10.
Looking at best selling cars for Q1 of 2026 in Portugal, the Peugeot 2008 was the best-seller (+4.3%) and a 4% market share.
In 2nd ranked the Peugeot 208 -up 2 spots- (-1.1%), followed by the Citroen C3 -up 4 spots- in 3rd (+15%) and the Nissan Qashqai -up 8 spots- in 4th (+44.7%).
The Opel Corsa -up 6 spots- ranked 5th (+30.5%), in front of the Tesla Model 3 in 6th (-15%) together with the Nissan Juke -down 1 spot- -16.5%) while the Mercedes A Class -up 7 spots- ranked 7th (+26.4%).
The Dacia Sandero -down 5 spots- ranked 8th (-33.1%), followed by the Tesla Model Y -up 20 spots- in 9th (+181.6%).
The Renault Clio notably dropped 8 spots and 49.3% into 10th.
