UK's car market in 2021 rises by just 1% with 1.65 million sales, reporting a very strong Q2, while the rest of the year was characterized by double-digits losses. Volkswagen becomes the new market leader.

British Auto Market stagnates in 2024. New car passenger sales in October totaled 143,824 (-4.8%) with YTD figures at 1,65 million (+3.7%). BMW moved up 3 spots to claim 3rd position (+19.8%), closing in on Audi and Volkswagen.
