Jeep Sales Performance in the 2017 was negative despite the strong increase reported in Latin America, Asia and others regions. The balance is hit by the double-digit lost reported in North America. The Grand Cherokee is the best-selling model.

Following the remarkable performance scored in the period 2010-2016, when it was the fastest growing brand in the World, during the 2017 Jeep has lost 3.7% of sales with 1.406.000 units.

At regional level, the lauch of the last generation of the Compass boosted sales in Latin America (+36.8%) and in Asia (including China, Japan, India and Korea) (+14.6%). Sales were almost positive in the CIS countries as well (+7.8%) and – despite the negative conditions – in the GCC (+7.6%). Unfortunately, the lost reported in North America (-11.2%) dragged down the global balance.

At model wise, the best model was the Grand Cherokee with 306.000 sales (+8.0%) followed by the Renegade with 291.000 (+3.1%) and the Cherokee with 285.000 (-20.4%).
