World Best Selling Pick-Up Ranking in 2025. The Ford-F Series continues to lead while the Chevrolet Silverado in 2nd loses ground. The Toyota Tacoma was the standout, up 3 spots into 7th.
Considering H1 data, the leader is still the same as for the past 40 years, the Ford F-Series. It gained 0.5%, reaching a 14.5% market share.
The Chevrolet Silverado ranked in 2nd place (-14.3%), followed by the Toyota Hilux in 3rd (+0.5%). The Hilux, is the top selling pick up outside of North America. Smaller and more practical, the “king of the Desert” is affordable and high reliable for people travelling in Africa, Middle East and in all deserts, from Mongolia to Australia.
In 4th ranked the GMC Sierra -up 2 spots- (+13%), followed by the Ford Ranger (+6.4%) and the Ram Pick-Up -down 2 spots- (-18.6%).
In 7th place ranked the Toyota Tacoma -up 3 spots- (+56.5%) followed by the Isuzu D-Max -down 1 spot- (-1.7%) and the Ford Maverick -down 1 spot- (-16.1%).
In 10th place the Toyota Tundra -down 1 spot- (-16.6%).
