The struggles of the Italian automotive industry are evident in the rankings of best-selling cars for the year 2024. Only one Fiat model has made it into the Top 15, alongside the Lancia Ypsilon, a lone survivor from a once-renowned brand now nearing extinction.

Looking at cumulative data for the Top selling models in 2024, the Fiat Panda reported sales at 99,914 (-2.6%), still well ahead of all other competitors.

In second place the Dacia Sandero confirmed previous year’s ranking with 60,374 sales (+26.2%) ahead of the Jeep Avenger -up 17 spots- with 40,235 (+93.7%).
