Canada Best-Selling Cars Ranking in 2024 confirmed the Ford F-Series as the leader, followed by the Toyota RAV4. The RAM Pick-Up fell out of the podium and was overtaken by the GMC Sierra.
In the following article, we are going to look at the best-selling cars in Canada considering cumulative data up to December 2024.
The Ford F-series has kept the throne for over 40 years, with 130,346 new registrations (+5.7%).
The second-best model was the Toyota RAV4 -up 1 spot- with 77,556 sales (-3.8%) and the third was the GMC Sierra -up 1 spot- reporting 60,188 sales (+0.8%).
In fourth place ranked the Ram Pick –down 2 spots- with 56,992 units sold (-24.3%) ahead of the Honda CR-V -up 1 spot- at 55,363 (+6.2%) and Chevrolet Silverado -down 1 spot- with 54,016 units sold (+1.4%).
The Nissan Rogue gained 2 spots and ranked in 7th with 32,737 (+22.8%) ahead of the Honda Civic at 31,774 (+14.3%) and the Hyundai Kona -up 4 spots- at 30,020 (+33.8%).
Closing the top 10, the Hyundai Tucson reported 29,837 cumulative registrations (+14.3%).
