Botswana 2016. New vehicles mix at 20%
Botswana Auto Sales 2016 have lost 4.4% after the previous year record while increasing their mix on total vehicles registered at 20% taking share against of imported used vehicles. Toyota is on top with near 40% of share.
Botswana 2015. Vehicles market hit the new record
Botswana vehicles market in 2015 hit the new all time record albeit the country's economy suffered from the slump in commodity prices. Toyota led the growth maintaining the tremendous 50% of market share.
Botswana 2020. Car market down five years in a row
Botswana vehicles sales in 2018 went down for the third time in a row, registering 6.468 units (-3.5%). The market was still dominated by Toyota, with 42.4% of share, followed by Nissan and Isuzu, both improving in double digits.
