World Best Selling Mid-Size Cars Ranking with an undisputed leader. In 2023 the Toyota Camry was the best selling mid-size car for the 20th year in a row. Global sales reached 628.816 units (-6.2%), the 8.1% of segment share.

World Best Selling Small Car in 2023 under Toyota dictatorship. For the fourth year in a row, in 2023 the world's best selling small car was the Toyota Yaris with 484.456 sales (+0.2%) and a still wide gap over all followers.

World Best Selling City Cars Ranking in 2023. For the first time an electric vehicle lead the rank thanks to the success of the BYD Dolphin, which jumped up 54.6%. In second place a Chinese model and third an Indian.

World Best Selling City Cars of 2022: Wuling Hongguang Mini EV remains the segment leader, followed by the Maruti Wagon R.

World Best Selling Small Cars of 2022: Toyota Yaris remains the segment leader followed by Peugeot 208 and Dacia Sandero. Volkswagen Polo falls off the podium (-37.9%).

World Best Selling Mid-Size Cars of 2022: Toyota Camry protects the throne, from the Tesla Model 3 in second place. The BYD Qin Plus enters the leader board rising 10 spots.

World Best Selling Coupe in 2022 the Dodge Charger maintains leadership followed by the Ford Mustang. Toyota GT86 performs impressively and enters the leaderboard by jumping 17 spots and rising 256.4%.

World Best Selling SUV Ranking sees the Toyota RAV4 maintaining 1st position despite losing 13.7% this year. Tesla Model Y, up 88.7%, jumps into 2nd overtaking the Honda CR-V.

World Best Selling Compact Cars of  2022. Toyota Corolla keeps dominating the rankings, followed by the Honda Civic and the Volkswagen Golf. Audi A3, MG 5 and Maruti Baleno all enter the Top 10 for the first time.
