Korea Best Selling Cars Ranking in 2025. The Hyundai Avante surged 7 spots into 2nd while the Hyundai Palisade skyrocketed 190.5% and 17 spots into 6th confirming the brand’s momentum.
In a market where the top two brands, Hyundai and Kia, control together almost 70% of the market share, the top 10 best-selling models ranking is entirely held by the two Koreans.
Looking at full-year figures brand-wise, the Kia Sorento was the best selling car (+5.8%) and 6% market share.
The Hyundai Avante -up 7 spots- ranked 2nd (+39.5%), followed by the Kia Carnival -down 1 spot- in 3rd (-5.5%) and the Kia Sportage in 4th (+0.4%).
The Hyundai Grandeur ranked into 5th (+0.2%) followed by the Hyundai Palisade -up 17 spots- in 6th (+190.5%), the Hyundai Santa Fe -down 4 spots- in 7th (-25%) and the Hyundai Porter -down 2 spots- in 8th (-17.3%).
The Kia Seltos -down 2 spots- ranked 9th (-9.7%) ahead of the Hyundai Tucson which closed the top 10 (-2.5%).
