Best Selling Auto Brands Ranking in 2025. Hyundai moves up the rankings and into the Top 5 as Honda drops 9.2% into 6th. Geely impresses by growing 53.1% and emerging as top contender into 10th. 

World Car Market Ranking by Country in 2025. While China retains top spot, India is expandind more quickly, growing 4.4% in 3rd. Italy and the UK were the two countires that struggled the most among leading markets.  

World Best Selling Small Car up to April 2024 under Toyota leadership.  The world's best selling small car is the Toyota Yaris with 175,621 sales (+3.4%) and a still wide gap over all followers.

World Best Selling City Cars Ranking in 2024 dominated by Wuling. The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV becomes the new leader (+9.8%), followed by the Wuling Bingo (+37.3%). Suzuki Spacia surges 35.5% into 4th spot.

World Best Selling Executive Cars ranking in 2024. Mercedes E Class (-2.5%) reclaims leadership after a weak 2023, followed by the Audi A6 (-23.6%). Wuling Starlight sales spike 582% as it secures a spot in the top 10. 

World Best Selling Midsize Cars segment shacked up by the launch on BYD Qin L, an instant success. While the "old" Toyota Camry confirms the leadership, the EV launched during the year landed in 10th place, claiming for leadership.

World Best Selling Pick-Up Ranking in 2024 is lead by Ford F-Series (+1.5%) as for the last 40 years, followed by the Chevrolet Silverado (+1.5%). Ford Maverick booms 51.8% landing within Top 10.

World Best Selling Coupe Ranking in 2024 were led by the Mercedes CLA, despite losses, overtaking last year’s leader, the Dodge Charger. Surging 50 spots, the Mercedes CLE emerged as standout model. 

World Best Selling Compact Cars Rankings in 2024 were shaken by the BYD Destroyer 05 performance, up 153.2% into 6th. Despite slowing down, the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic held onto their top positions. 

World Best Selling MPV Ranking in 2024 were led by the Maruti Ertiga, up 5 spots in 1st. Toyota cemented its position with 3 models in the Top 10 growing in double-digits.
