The best-selling passenger car in Norway, considering cumulative sales up to August 2025, was still the Tesla Model Y, holding a 13.9% market share with a 32.7% increase in year-on-year sales.
The Toyota bZ4x –up 2 spots- ranked 2nd (+36.3%), followed by the Volkswagen ID.4 in 3rd (+7%).
The Volkswagen ID.Buzz -up 1 spot- ranked 4th (+69.8%), followed by the Volkswagen ID.7 -up 31 spots- in 5th (+703%) and the Volkswagen ID.3 -up 4 spots- in 6th (+57.2%).
The Nissan Ariya -up 4 spots- achieved 7th position (+72.6%) ahead of the Skoda Enyaq in 8th (+39%). The Tesla Model 3 -down 3 spots- ranked 9th (+0.1%) while the Volvo EX30 -down 8 spots- closed the top 10 (-47.6%).
