The best-selling passenger car in Norway, considering YTD sales up to April 2026, was the Tesla Model Y holding a 14.7% market share with a 57.2% gain in year-on-year sales.
The Tesla Model 3 –up 8 spots- ranked 2nd (+83.2%), followed by the Toyota bZ4X -down 1 spots- in 3rd (-33.1%).
The Volkswagen ID.4 –down 1 spots- emerged in 4th (-40.2%) followed by the Toyota Urbain Cruiser -up 112 spots- in 5th and the Volvo EX40 -up 13 spots- in 6th (+144.9%).
The Volkswagen ID.3 fell in 7th (-23.9%) ahead of the Volkswagen ID.Buzz -down 3 spots- in 8th (-39.9%). The Skoda Elroq -up 33 spots- ranked 9th (+289.9%) while the Volvo EX30 -down 1 spot- closed the top 10 (-14.4%).
