Norway Best Selling Cars Ranking in 2024 was still led by the Tesla Model Y, despite falling 27%. The Tesla Model 3 jumped to 2nd, up 13 spots, followed in 3rd by the Volvo EX30, which showed outstanding year-on-year growth.
The best-selling passenger car, considering cumulative data up to December 2024, was the Tesla Model Y with a whopping 16,858 sales, holding a 13.3% market share, despite a 27% decrease in year-on-year sales.
The Tesla Model 3 –up 13 spots- ranked 2nd with 7,264 sales, followed by the Volvo EX30 -up 152 spot- in 3rd with 7,229.
The Volkswagen ID.4 -down 2 spots- ranked 4th with 7,222 sales (+9.2%), followed by the Toyota bZ4x -down 1 spot- at 6,007 registrations (+11.3%) and the Skoda Enyaq -down 3 spots- with 5,161 sales (-16.8%).
The Nissan Ariya -up 4 spots- achieved 7th position with 3,772 (+44.7%) ahead of the Volkswagen ID.3 with 3,634 (+15.7%), the Audi Q4 -up 1 spot- with 3,449 (+28.3%) and the Hyundai Kona -down 1 spot- closing the Top 10 with 3,278 (+9.6%)
