Best Selling Electric Vehicle ranking in the 2017 led by the Baic EC 180, available only in China, able to take the leadership over the previous year winner, the Tesla Model S. The introduction of new models, with more performing batteries, are changing the rank.

Electric Vehicles Sales all around the World will end the current year over 1.1 million sales, the 1.2% of the total accelerating thanks to improved mileage covered by most recent models and incentive introduction in more countries. 

Electric Car Sales in the 2017 record first time over 1 million units. Indeed 1.1 million EVs are going to be sold worldwide, the 1.2% of total. China represents exactly the half of global sales while Norway gained the 4th place.

World Light Vehicle Sales hit the new record in the 2016 with 91.8 million light vehicles sales. China was over 30% of global sales, while Brazil, Russia and Algeria had been the falling stars and Philippines and Vietnam the raising stars.

World Best Selling Car 2016 ranking with Ford F-Series advanced very near the second place, behind Toyota Corolla and VW Golf. One of the stars of the year has been the new Honda Civic, up 7 spots and ranking 10th.

World Best Selling SUV 2016 ranking again in the hands of Honda CR-V, first time over three-quarters million, while the segment grew at 27 million globally, the 26% of total vehicles sold.

World Cars Brand Ranking 2016 with the Top 50 reported. Renault was 9th with a spectacular +14.8 percent at global level while Mercedes was leader of premium segment.

World Best Selling Coupe 2016 was again the Ford Mustang stable from the previous year. The fast growing model within the top 10 was the Mazda MX-5 thanks to last generation success.

World Best Selling Compact Cars 2016 ranking again led by the Toyota Corolla while the Toyota Prius joined the Top 10, first time ever. Volkswagen Golf was second while Hyundai Elantra was new on podium.
