Indonesian Vehicles Market in 2025 is slumping. Full-year sales fell by 7%, with leaders Toyota and Daihatsu falling in double-digit. BYD and Chery expanded despite the stagnation, while also securing top spots in EV sector.   

Singapore Car Market in 2025 stays on upward trend. Full-year sales gained 22.4%, with BYD soaring in 1st while prior leader Toyota fell into 2nd. Notably, Nissan dropped 2 spots into 10th, reporting largest losses among leading brands.  

ASEAN Best Selling Cars Ranking in 2025. While the Toyota Hilux remained the leader, it reported losses of 18.6%. The Isuzu D-Max was hit  the hardest, slipping from 3rd into 8th, down by 34.9%. 

Cambodia auto market is slightly up in 2024. Total sales in March reached 2,425 (+6.9%). Sales in Q1 up to 8,120 units.

Myanmar Vehicles Market in 2025 spikes towards year-end. Full-year sales grew by 59.6%, with BYD securing a 34.2% share while grwoing 68.3%. The chinese carmaker also drove EV sector's expansion to capture almost the entirety of the market. 

Malaysia Vehicle Market hit a decade-high in 2024, with sales rising 2.1% to 806,270 units, driven by strong economic growth. Chery and BYD led with standout performances.

Lao Vehicle Market in 2024 experienced momentum. Sales grew 9.7%, building on the impressive performance of recent years. BYD posted the most robust performance, surpassing Hyundai and ranking 2nd. 

Thailand best-selling cars ranking in 2019 saw the historical leader - the Toyota Hilux - back on top, overtaking the Isuzu D-Max. The Ford Ranger conquered the podium, but the Mazda2 and the Toyota Yaris were just a few units behind.

Indonesian Vehicles Sales slightly fall back in 2023. New vehicles sales in 2023 have been 1,02 million (-4.1%),  breaking a 3 year positive streak. Toyota remains best-selling brand (+1.6%).

Asean Vehicle Market in 2025 is contracting. Full-year sales dropped by 2.3%, with Indonesia and Thailand stumbling while Vietnam continues to expand steadily backed by the impressive performance of Vinfast.
