Japan Auto Market in 2025 mantains upward trend. Sales up to March grew 14%, reaching 1,101 million units. Despite the favourable conditions, EV sales struggled, dropping 23.8% with all podium brands incurring double-digit losses.  

South Korean Vehicles Market in 2025 is steadily recovering. Q1 sales grew 2.8% to 387,432 units. Hyundai overtook Kia's lead with stronger EV presence, while Renault Samsung posted most impressive gains thanks to the Grand Koleos's performance. 

India Best Selling Cars Ranking in 2025 confirmed Maruti's leadership, with 7 models in the Top 10. The Hyundai Creta and the Maruti Swift rose several spots onto the podium, overtaking the Tata Punch which dropped into 4th.     

Taiwan Best Selling Cars ranking in 2024 still dominated by Toyota. Toyota Corolla Cross (-12.9%) maintained leadership, followed by Town Ace (+27.7%) and RAV4 (+26.7%). The MG HS surges 45.6% into 5th, climbing 5 spots.

Iranian Vehicles Market in 2024 declined 4.7% in 2024, reversing three years of growth. Among a struggling top 10, only Changan (8th) and KMC (9th) saw gains, with KMC delivering the strongest performance.

Indian Car Market in 2025 mantains upward trend. Maruti and Hyundai stayed on top while Mahindra rose 17.6% into 3rd, gaining share thanks to impressive EV performance.  EVs grew 72.4%, as the market is on track to become key global competitor. 

Hong Kong Auto sales in 2019 declined from the previous year, despite an impressive first half. Indeed, Total sales in 2019 have been 38.180, down 9.6% from the previous year. Toyota dominated the market reaching 31.9% of share, while Tesla landed in 6th place.

Taiwanese Vehicles Market in July 2024 bounces back from 5-months negative string. Monthly sales reported 44,649 new  registrations (+7.8%). YTD sales at 272,730 are up 0.3% from the prior year. MG boomed 112.7%, gaining 9 spots and ranking in 6th.

Korean Vehicles Market was marginally declining in 2019 while remaining not far from the best level ever. Indeed, the Full-year ended with 1.77 million sales, down 1.9% from the previous year. Hyundai and Kia still dominated, while their combined market share at 67.3% fell down over 7 points from 2012.

Best Selling Cars Ranking in China shows the BYD SONG becoming the new leader, overtaking the Nissan Sylphy. The market has 3 pure electric vehicles in the Top 10.
