Egypt's vehicle market in 2022 totaled 178,644 new registrations, a 35.3% drop compared to the previous year. December reported 8,110 sales, the 13th consecutive monthly loss (-64.3%).

Malawi's vehicle market in 2021 falls by 8.9% with 1,050 sales, reporting a positive performance only in Q2 due to the very low sales levels of Q2 2020. Nissan grows rapidly, but remains very far behind Toyota's leadership.

Algerian Vehicle Market in 2022 totals 25,402 sales, a 22.9% loss from the previous year. In December the market fell for the 10th month in a row, with 2,822 new registrations reported (-1.9%).

Gabon's Auto market in 2022 reverses the downtrend set in 2021, with 2,298 new sales reported, a 19.9% increase from the prior year.

Ivory Coast's auto market in 2022 remains relatively flat after surging 8.0% in 2021. The market, in fact, totaled 11,513 sales, a 0.2% increase compared to the prior year.

Madagascar's Auto market in 2022 remains relatively flat compared to 2021, totaling 1,920 new sales (+0.1%). Renault grows 7.4% in volume while holding 16.6% market share.

Kenya's Auto market in 2022 interrupts the momentum built up in 2021, falling 2.0% to 15,941 new sales. Toyota and Isuzu hold more than 70% market share combined.

Ethiopia's Auto market in 2022 maintains the momentum built up in 2021. New sales, in fact, reach 1,503, a 5.6% increase from the prior year. 

Cape Verde's Auto market in 2022 gains volume after falling 25.9% in 2021 and totaled 500 new vehicle sales, a 19.0% increase from the prior year.

Democratic Republic of Congo's Auto market in 2022 falls, reversing the positive trend set in 2021. New sales this year, in fact, reached 979, a 2.1% decrease from the prior year.
